Service

We service customers Worldwide via offices in the UK and France with either delivery by courier or installed scene settings. Pre-payment before delivery or installation, is a requirement. This can be done via credit card, BACS, cheque or cash and will be invoiced with VAT at the current rate.

Pricelists

We are primarily a wholesale site supplying professional party and event organisers with hire of the props, backdrops, lighting and other event services necessary to the particular brief. Private customers are welcome and can request pricelists.

Cancellations

Once we contract a hire and issue a hire invoice, our terms are that these are payable even if cancelled as we will have removed these items from our available hire stock in order to make these availble to the hiree.

Refunds are therefore only considered if the goods are faulty once supplied and notified within 24 hrs as we may have alternatives available.

Privacy policy-we do not keep customers credit card, financial or bank details on any kind of file.
